MEET OUR PASTOR
Pastor TJ Caldwell
Pastor TJ Caldwell has a heart for people, a passion for God’s Word, and a desire to see lives transformed through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
A native of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, TJ holds a bachelor’s degree in religion with an emphasis in Christian counseling and a Master of Theological Studies from Liberty University.
His heart for ministry reaches beyond the local church. Through international missions, TJ preaches and trains pastors in West Africa. He also serves on the board of Place of Refuge Global, an organization dedicated to caring for vulnerable children in Côte d’Ivoire.
TJ and his wife have been married for over 21 years and are blessed with five children.
One of TJ’s greatest joys is serving the people of Provide Church. He describes them as a loving church family, eager to share God’s love with everyone they meet. He considers it a privilege to pastor a church that puts its love for people into action.
His desire is for Provide Church to be a place where everyone feels welcome, God’s Word is faithfully taught, lives are transformed by the gospel, and every believer discovers purpose in serving Christ and others.

Provide Church’s story began in 1967 with a congregation known as Port Admiral Baptist Chapel. From those beginnings, through its years as Ridge Crest Baptist Church, the church’s story continues today as Provide Church.

Our beginnings
The congregation began as Port Admiral Baptist Chapel, a mission outreach of Calvary Baptist Church.
- APRIL 30, 1972
Ridge Crest Baptist Church
On Constitution Day, the chapel formally organized as an independent church, becoming Ridge Crest Baptist Church.

Growing and serving
Over the decades, the church grew its facilities and ministries, serving families through youth programs and community outreach.

A new chapter: Provide Church
Ridge Crest Baptist Church officially relaunched as Provide Church, continuing at the same Tulsa location with a renewed expression of its mission: Love God. Love People. Provide Hope.
